Rabbalshede Kraft is expanding in Finland — one of our key growth markets — and we are now seeking a Project Development Manager to drive the development of wind, solar and BESS projects. With full value chain capabilities from early-stage development to long-term operations, and a strong commitment to retaining ownership in all projects, we are building a long-lasting and innovative presence in the Finnish renewable energy sector.

You will join a small and agile local team with strong backing from an established Nordic renewable energy company. You will report to Minna Junnikkala, Head of Development & Construction Finland.

What You Will Do

• Lead designated development projects across wind, solar and BESS.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in joint development projects (permitting, grid, planning, etc.).

• Drive independent development projects.

• Coordinate internal specialists and external stakeholders, including municipalities, authorities, landowners, consultants and grid operators.

• Navigate the complexity of wind development while managing a diversified project portfolio.

• Manage budgeting, scheduling and reporting.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in wind energy development in Finland.

• Strong knowledge of permitting and regulatory processes.

• Holistic understanding of grid and plant development.

• Solid technical understanding of wind development.

• Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management.

• Excellent negotiation, collaboration and communication skills.

• Flexible, resilient, open and structured working style.

• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

• Preferably based near the Helsinki metropolitan area (not required).

• Preferably M.Sc. in Engineering - energy/electrical.
