Leviat AB, Finland Branch in Helsinki, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer & Team Lead, to work with building, infrastructure and precast concrete projects.
As a Technical Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide expert technical support and drive operational excellence across Finland and Estonia. This role is heavily focused on engineering tasks, customer consultation, and project execution. In addition, you will have a small but important leadership responsibility, guiding two sales professionals—one specializing in Concrete Precasters and the other in direct construction sales of Halfen products—to ensure alignment and collaboration.
You will represent and sell Leviat’s product portfolio, including Halfen products, delivering innovative and reliable solutions to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of performance, safety, and design.

Key Responsibilities
Primary focus: Technical and operational tasks
Provide technical consultation and support on brickwork support systems, including design input, installation guidance, and compliance with local standards.
Promote and sell Leviat’s solutions and Halfen products, ensuring customers receive the best technical and commercial support.
Perform technical calculations for various projects and products, primarily Brickwork support systems, balcony connectors and other related products
Provide phone and email support for technical and product inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams (primarily Sweden) and product development to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, R&D, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
Stay up to date with industry developments, standards, and technical specifications.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Secondary focus: Team leadership
Provide guidance and coordination for two salespersons, ensuring effective coverage of Concrete Precasters and direct construction sales of Halfen products.
Support their activities with technical expertise and help align efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Education Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
Previous experience in technical sales, construction, or structural systems is highly desirable.
Previous experience in coordinating or leading people or projects, with the ability to step into a Team Lead position.
Familiarity with brickwork support systems and Halfen products is an advantage.
Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and CAD tools (or similar).
Willingness to on occasion travel to the office in Sweden
It is a plus if you have worked in SAP
